The Republic of Seychelles is a group of 155 islands in the Indian ocean, at the North-East of Madagascar and 1500Km of the African continent cost. Other neighbors include Zanzibar, Mauritius, Reunion, Comoros and Mayotte. It is the less populated country of Africa. It is also the smallest nation in the world issuing its own currency. The type of company is the International Business Corporation (IBC). The popularity of Seychelles as an offshore jurisdiction has grown tremendously in the last five years and it has now achieved the status of an Offshore Financial Center (OFC). The offshore industry is regulated by the Seychelles International Business Authority (SIBA).

-Bearer shares are allowed
-Issued capital does not need to be actually paid up

Tax structure
A Seychelles IBC is tax exempt on all profits realized outside of Seychelles.
