Tax structure
No state tax is levied on Delaware, New York and Nevada LLCs offshore profits. The resident members are however taxable on income generated within the United States. As the tax structure for US-based LLCs is rather complex, we advise you to get the assistance of an US-based tax consultant.

The annual cost from the second year is USD1,150 in Delaware, USD1,500 in New York and USD1,700 in Nevada (Las Vegas).
